- If the code is invalid or there's an issue: You will see an error message explaining the problem (e.g., "Invalid code," "Code has expired," "Code has already been used"). Please double-check your code or contact support if you believe there's an error.
Troubleshooting
- "Invalid Code" error: Double-check that you've typed the code correctly. Codes are often case-sensitive (though our system typically converts them to uppercase).
- "Code Expired" or "Code Used Up": This means the code is no longer valid. Each code has a limited number of uses and/or an expiration date.
- Not logged in: You must be logged in to activate a code.
