1. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a copyright complaint, please send a written notice that includes the following:

• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized

2. Counter Notification

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with similar information including a statement under penalty of perjury that you have the right to use the content.

3. Repeat Infringers

LeekVideoX reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service.

We aim to respond to valid takedown requests within 72 hours.
